                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM 
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC 
                   WORKS TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT 
                   WITH PERRY MAYO RELATIVE TO SERVICES AS 
                   PLANS EXAMINER, INSPECTION DIVISION, IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($384.00) PER WEEK FOR A 
                   PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the 
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute 
       an employment agreement with Perry Mayo relative to services as 
       Plans Examiner, Inspection Division, in the amount of $384.00 per 
       week for a period not to exceed 12 months.
